• Contact the media and your representatives in Congress. Let them know that even though many immigrants are good workers and students, some sort of immigration moratorium and serious enforcement of U.S. immigration laws across the board, in addition to a substantial reduction in teen pregnancies and encouragement of small families, are necessary steps to address unemployment, health care costs, overcrowded schools, government budget deficits, traffic congestion, and racial tensions.
